Introversion & Extroversion: What’s Your Personality Superpower?
Speaker: Cindy Campbell, Senior Training & Development Specialist, IPMI
When we think about the key characteristics and traits of successful professionals, we often describe attributes associated with extroverts. In some settings, extroverts may be considered more charismatic and interesting, or even smarter than their less talkative counterparts.
Introverts offer a unique perspective when planning or problem solving, yet because they’re not always as outspoken as their extroverted colleagues, their quieter contributions may be overlooked. When problems arise, extroverts are seeing “what is” while introverts are asking “what if.” Finding balance between action and reflection is essential if we are to create and sustain healthy organizations. Along with reviewing traits and strengths attributed to introverts and extroverts, this session will include information regarding the importance of establishing a healthy mix of styles to effectively accomplish organizational goals.
You Say Enforcement, We Say Compliance!

We will review current personnel impacts and technology implications along with helpful best practices to achieve consistency, efficiency, and conformity.

The Importance of Consumer Choice - Why Open Market Digital Parking is Gaining Traction Across the Globe
Speakers: Brooke Krieger. Regional Sales Director & Ashlee Barton, Regional Sales Manager, ParkMobile
Not long ago, digital parking solutions were little more than an alternate payment method. Now, the industry has matured with a wide variety of value-added features and services. But that growth, along with the rising popularity of connected experiences in general, is changing customer expectations worldwide. Today’s customers don’t just want to use a mobile payment option, they want to use their preferred payment option. Innovation is one of the primary drivers of digital parking adoption but until recently, traditional procurement contracts have limited a city’s ability to innovate and improve the customer experience.
This interactive session will explain how to cater to consumer choice with an open market digital parking model and how cities around the world are already leveraging it to reduce time spent on RFPs, provide more and better customer choice, reduce operational cost and complexity, enable data-driven policies, and boost digital parking adoption.
